Located in the heart of the village of Zubia 3 km from Granada. It is a house of 300 square meters, full of charm, where every detail of its original era has been preserved with care. Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

David's Cave

Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all amenities, in a B.I.C. environment (Asset of Cultural Interest) 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

Getting to downtown Granada is greatly facilitated by bus line 33, with a frequency of 10 minutes from 6:30 am to 11:15 pm

This penthouse with terrace is located on the fourth floor of an iconic early 20th century building without an elevator. The central Alhóndiga street is full of life and shops during the day, but quiet and peaceful at night. La Solanilla, a dreamy Andalusian farmhouse

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away. Regarding pets, they are allowed but for an additional charge of €40 per pet, payable separately from the reservation; please check with the hosts.
