Penthouse with terrace in the center below La Alhambra

Bright penthouse with a lot of charm in the center, in the Realejo neighborhood. Enjoy your private terrace with incredible views of the Sabika hillside, with the Bermejas Towers and the Alhambra Sailing Tower at the top. In front you can see the dome of the Church of Santo Domingo. Located 10 min walk from the Alhambra and another 10 min from the Cathedral. IT'S A 3rd WITHOUT A LIFT. EXTRA CLEANING AND DISINFECTION MEASURES, USING SPECIFIC PRODUCTS. The apartment is very bright and has the charm and magic of the Realejo. It belongs to the historic center of the city and is ideal for 2 people. It consists of a large terrace, a very quiet room with double bed (1,35x1,90), living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove). It is in a very quiet street and in the apartment there are no external noises. It has wifi, air conditioning and heating. In the area there are numerous bars where you can have a few beers and taste the tapas of Granada. It is also a 3-minute drive from the Sierra Highway that reaches the Sierra Nevada, for skiing and mountain lovers. Important: There is no elevator. Very nice apartment with a beautiful terrace with sofas, to enjoy Alhambra's hill looming above the rooftops of the Realejo neighborhood. The apartment has wifi and air conditioning/heating unit. No elevator. I am available at any time of the day to answer any questions you may have. El Realejo is located in the historic center of the city, at the foot of the Alhambra for its southeast face. During the years of the Arab reign it was the Jewish quarter, although over the years it has been renewed, making this mixture of tradition and modernity a unique neighborhood in Granada. One of its main attractions is the famous Campo del Príncipe with its many bars and restaurants where you can taste tapas throughout the day. The best way to get around the city is by walking, although there are several bus and taxi stops in the area. The tourist train also passes very close to the apartment. Flexible arrival 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If there are guests who leave the apartment on the same day of arrival, they will not be able to access it until 14:00h (so that time to clean :). We appreciate that the arrival is before 23h, although it can be done later without additional charges. The reception and delivery of keys to the apartment will be done in person, so we know each other!
