Apartment vacation rentals in Geneva-on-the-Lake

Dan and Brenda were amazing to work with from the moment we inquired about the booking - far exceeding our expectations! They display rare unreasonable hospitality which makes our anniversary get away incredibly special. The Treetop Cottage has beautiful water views and we loved sitting out by the fire at night watching the vibrant sunset. The “where troubles melt away like lemon drops” was clearly depicted in the tiny details such as the shampoo, towels, shower gel, and decor. Dan even offered to start the fire outside for us! We can’t wait to return. Thank you !

Zach’s place was a perfect location. Everything you needed was a 15-20min car ride. If you are working at Perry, it is only a 16min drive to work. The area was very safe and you could walk to nearby restaurants or even to the park.

Was very clean, roomy, beds were super comfortable. Having said that, front porch furniture and firepit chairs were pretty dirty. Was no firewood for firepit,which was the first time since I've been renting that it hasn't been supplied , thought since it was start of season it would have been. Had an issue with the wifi , it was finally taken care of the 2nd day there so until then, no TV or much phone service inside without it. I had my 80 yr old parents with me, didn't realize it was a 2nd/3rd floor apt, wasn't in the description so by the time I found out it was too late to change plans. Steven did offer up the bottom floor 1 Bdrm apt for an additional discountrd cost with my current rental but I needed to be in the same unit with my parents. Overall its a nice place and if it wasn't for my personal situation with my elderly parents it would have been a different view of the situation...I can adjust to things but with older people, some things just have to be a certain way.

We enjoyed our stay in Geneva! The unit was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and very clean. It had everything we needed and more including kitchen appliances, snacks, coffee, water, games, towels, an iron, and even coloring books for our 2-year-old. Communication was great, and they even sent driving directions, though Apple Maps worked fine. The only downside was that the house number wasn’t visible from the road—some signage would help. Also, there is another unit downstairs (separate entrances) and we could hear the downstairs guests at night, it wasn't loud or a disturbance but sound was audible. The host also greeted us on arrival. Otherwise, the location was perfect for us as it was just 5 minutes from Spire. Great overall stay!

Cozy yet spacious spot, welcoming & quiet.

We were very happy with our stay! The view of the lake is gorgeous so make sure to take advantage of the porch and deck. The porch is private but the deck is communal but we had it all to ourselves. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled and the shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfy and the space was very clean. There were two of us and it was the perfect amount of space. Location wise, it's not far from Geneva On The Lake and a bunch of local wineries. Be prepared to drive though as there aren't any Ubers around. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

With working out of state for 7 months and jumping from hotel to hotel it felt warming and at home walking in Andreas property I highly enjoyed making a coffee and sitting on the porch. This home is full with kitchen utilities, a thanksgiving dinner could be made with all they have to offer. The washer and dryer are in the basement which is really spooky but it’s safe I never experienced anything creepy. Overall I would stay back at Andrea’s property if back in Ashtabula

A wonderful space perfect for a larger group on a trip. Quick access to many restaurants, stores, and local attractions.

We were there during a snow storm, and it was very cozy and warm.

We had a great stay, and the place was perfect for our needs! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including easy off-street parking. The host was wonderful to work with: very responsive, friendly, and made the whole process easy. The location was ideal— around the corner from Andrew Osborne and just a block to Main Street downtown Willoughby. We’re still thinking about the cinnamon rolls at Michael’s and the coffee and bagels at Fiona’s! The only thing to note (which is outside the host’s control) is that there was noticeable road noise at night, especially in the front bedroom. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we’d definitely consider staying again. Thanks for being a great host!

This was a perfect place to stay with my husband and two of our kids. It is right next to a park that was a fun place to visit in our down time. Robert left a bowl a candy and some fresh flowers. He turned on the air so it was nice and cool when we got there. Everything was clean and cozy.

The place was a great location in that it was a short walk to the center of Middlefield. I grew up there, so it was nice to be able to walk around the town. Rick’s place was clean and had everything I needed (coffee, couch, comfy bed, clean bathroom/shower). For those who have difficulty walking stairs, it’s important to note that you must walk up about 30 steps to get to the apartment. This was not an issue for me, but some might have difficulty with it.

Perfect location for what we were looking for. You walk out the door and you’re practically on the strip. Everything is new. The bed was comfortable. Adorable and very clean room.

This unit was satisfied our needs. The unit was just freshly renovated and in a nice location across from The Triangle Bar. Host was responsive and took care of all of our needs. Bathroom was clean and shower toiletries provided. Beds were also comfortable. Hot tub was great bonus! Host was on-site when we arrived and wanted to make sure we had good experience checking in. We will look to stay again next time we come to Geneva.

I stayed for 5 nights here for an equine work training 8 minutes away. The space was perfect for me and the internet worked well for my work video calls at night. The location is surrounded by wildlife and is peaceful. The space had everything I needed and extras if I ran out. You may get lucky to see tons of rabbits in the evening and hear the lambs in the morning. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bronwyn and family at the end of the week who were lovely caring people that I wish I had spent more time with. The stay was exactly what I needed and more affordable than local hotels. I recieved a tour of the home on the other side which appeared beautiful as well and even more spacious!

Me and my wife stayed there for 2 days, we had an amazing time!! Very clean, private, and a beautiful sight. They were very responsive and helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay at Lukas on the Lake was absolutely amazing! It is the perfect location for Geneva-on-the-lake. You can make it down the entire strip in 10 minutes walking. Lots of bars and shops to explore. I would recommend this place to anyone planning on staying at GOTL. We fully intend on staying here again!
