Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in General Trias

Pros: - Clean and has all amenities listed in the description - Includes free parking - Good location. It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Stayed there for one night and it was really worth it, love the place and how comfortable everything is.

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

Our stay was very nice and we felt very comfortable. The host is very responsive to all the inquiries. The place is also nice and very clean when we arrived. The kitchen tools are also complete. The check in is easy and the place is accessible to LRT and. SM Sucat.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Booked for 2 nights and had no problems. Check-in was smooth, the place looked exactly like the photos, and the hosts were very responsive. I loved how the ac was already running when we arrived. The place is located in front of Mitsukoshi and Uptown Mall, making it very convenient for us to get to and from the nearby establishments.

Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. The views overlooking Taal lake and volcano were beautiful. Thanks also to Maimai who was very helpful. If I ever come back to Tagaytay I will be booking your place. Thanks again Mars and Maimai.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Ms. Ann is very responsive even weeks before check in date. Felt secured staying in a compound with their family. My dad and I had a meaningful conversation with Ate Baby and Kuya Tony (Ms. Ann's parents). Thats probably one of the best "features" I love ☺️ The place is very wide and welcoming too. I love the kitchen. Its complete with all necessary pans and utensils. We enjoyed it very much!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Our whole family had such a great time staying at Home Along the E.K. for 2 nights and 3 days! The house is equipped with top-notch furniture & appliances which made our staycation both comfy & convenient. Plus, it’s just right beside Enchanted Kingdom, which was a huge bonus for us. The place is super clean too! The host is super friendly and easygoing - loved how flexible she is which made everything stress-free for us. Thank you, Ms. Eva! The property manager, Ate Nadine, is incredibly warm and just a message away whenever we needed anything, which made our stay worry-free. There’s honestly so much to do: board games, PS4, Netflix, and even karaoke, which kept things fun the whole time. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a chill and fun spot near E.K!

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Brian and Jacqueline have always been great hosts to me. The apartment is surprisingly spacious with high ceilings, gorgeous view, comfortable bed and couch, and great shower water pressure. I always try to stay in one of Brian's managed units if I can.

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

We had a wonderful experience at Rommel's place. The unit was exactly as described and all available amenities were in working order. We stayed at this place before leaving from our long vacation in the Philippines. We really enjoyed every single bit of it. Host is very responsive, staffs are very friendly too! The master is huge and the bathroom! The host also provide air mattresses for extra beddings. The unit is really close to pool access. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of cooking and dining utensils. You’ve got everything you need here! Stores and restaurants are just outside the place ! We are very comfortable inside the house. We will definitely come back and stay again ! This is one of our family’s favorite condo we visited so far. Kudos to the host!
