Monthly Rentals in Gemeinde Sankt Florian

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts Birgit & Franz.

A very friendly hostess,the apartment was spacious, there was the possibility to sit privately in the garden. Brigitte's house is located in the middle of the countryside and is very quiet, the apartment is in the basement, which did not bother us, as we were on the road all day anyway and the apartment was pleasantly cool as a result during the heat, and in the evening we were able to enjoy the garden. I can only recommend the apartment!

It was really all GREAT !!! Markus is a great host and his parents are incredibly sweet and eager to ensure that you have everything you need!! The apartment is equipped with everything you could want and need! The highlight for our child was the bunk bed in the children's room 😜 For us, the projector in the living room! A mega-cool TV experience 🤩 The kitchen has everything, really everything you need and could need. Whether towels or extra blankets, everything is available! The location to the Bad Schallerbach thermal baths (30 min) is unbeatable. To Linz and for shopping and eating (sushi, steak etc...) in the PlusCity (20 min) it is a stone's throw. Beautiful St. Florian Monastery is around the corner! Parking in front of the house, enough space in front of the house to play, play ball and a trampoline in the courtyard, which we could have shared at any time. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back 🤩 Thanks Markus to you and your parents for the great time
