You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is for common use. I recommend you to get here by car as the house is far from the city center. Phone and internet reception is not good, not suitable for remote workers.

My house is a real immigrant house. One-to-one village house for those who want village life. The winter season is cool during the hot summer season. An electric heater is used in the house in the winter season. The garden is large and suitable for parking vehicles. It is close to the beaches. I am permanently spraying. The living area, that is, the front part of the house, is surrounded by mosquito nets and is protected as a comfortable breakfast, dining, and resting area. A portable tower fan is used in the house.

The flat is in middle of the city center. 1 minute by walking to sea side, bar street and all the shops in city center. You can get what you need in minutes here. Terrace and sea view from the terrace. There is one bedroom upstairs and one big couch in living room. Couch is also comfortable for 2 people to sleep.
