A natural wonder detached summer house with 1 room and 1 living room in a 2000 square meter garden. 150 m, 2-minute walk to the private and free beach of the site. A perfect vacation home for those who want a holiday away from the noise of the city with the sounds of birds and the smells of flowers. You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is for common use. I recommend you to get here by car as the house is far from the city center. Phone and internet reception is not good, not suitable for remote workers.

An ideal place for a peaceful vacation with your family! With its own entrance and patio, it offers a garden with sea views among fruit trees. It provides a comfortable experience with solar-powered 24/7 hot water, complete kitchenware, barbecue and swing. TV/Dsmart is available. It is 2 minutes on foot to the beach, 5 minutes by car to the center of Güneyli, and 20 minutes to Gelibolu. There is also Turkish coffee, laundry, dishwasher and refrigerator. There's a parking lot where you can park in the shade.

Hello, our house is located in Kilitbahir village of Eceabat district of Çanakkale, and there are all the household items that should be in a house. Our priority is cleanliness and meticulousness, you should not have the slightest doubt about it. Located in the middle of the historical peninsula, the house is a 2-minute walk from the ferry pier. Our guests who want to swim can do so in front of the house or at the beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. We wish you a happy holiday in advance.

My house is a real migrant house. It is a village house for those who want village life. Winter is hot, summer is cool. Electric heaters are used in the house during the winter. The garden is spacious and suitable for children and parking. It is close to the beaches. I constantly spray my house. The sitting area, that is, the front part of the house, is surrounded by mosquito nets and is protected as a relaxing breakfast and dining area.

Our residence is located about 200 meters from Erikli beach, which has the cleanest coast and sea of Saros Bay. It also has a private balcony and terrace where you can have a pleasant and peaceful time. I recommend that you book your place as soon as possible to get away from the city for a few days in the winter and enjoy a morning walk on the beach and a wood fire at home.
