Nice private floor in 70s style in the city center.

My Airbnb is on the 2nd floor and you don't have to share it. The decor has a 1970s atmosphere. A bedstead has been built on the spacious landing. The bathroom is quite spacious. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is free tea, coffee, spices, WiFi and a TV in the bedstee. The floor can be closed separately (see photos). On the second floor, I have placed an extra door that closes my floor from the landing. In the neighborhood you can park for free, but not everywhere, see explanation for guest access.

This is the ideal place for relaxation for 2 people! Within walking distance of the Ginkelse Heide, you will find this cozy corner house. From here, you can find various cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes. You can also walk to the cozy center of Ede. You can relax here in the sauna or with a drink by the cozy wood fireplace. In the basement, you can play table tennis, pool, darts and/or table football. There is a cat living in the house, Bear. She loves cuddling and eating!

The house is located less than 10 minutes by bike from Amersfoort Central Station. Amersfoort is a nice city with museums, picturesque streets, and a cozy market on Fridays and Saturdays. We are located in Amersfoort-Zuid, close to the Treek estate and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Ideal places to enjoy nature!
