Stylish apartment under our house, in the basement, with a patio and a private staircase down. Equipped with every comfort, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom and 1 extra lodging (with curtain, no door! For a maximum of 2 people). By car you will be in 30 minutes in Amsterdam or Utrecht. The apartment is within walking distance of Soestdijk Palace and Soestdijk station. Close to the woods and with many nice restaurants around the corner. The room is also suitable as a workplace or meeting room.

Apartment de Vlijt (Center)

Cozy new build apartment with atmosphere of the idyllic house from 1904. Comfortable facilities available. Free coffee, cappuccino and tea, TV with Chromecast for streaming via free WiFi and an LP player for the enthusiast! Further down the street is the Zwitsal festival site, with supermarket, restaurant and bar (500 m). The center of Apeldoorn, including restaurants, is within walking distance (10 minutes). To the Apenheul, the Loo, Omnisport (3 km), a (city) walk, it is all possible from the Vlijt.

Casa de amigos (rural location)

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Huisje Amelisweerd

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. Perfect for a couple or family!

The Quince, a cozy bed and meadow cottage.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. You can park the car at the house, and on request, and we will provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come and stay!

Nature cottage Dasmooi

Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. It is not suitable for children under 12 or babies Breakfast can be requested in consultation for 15 euros per person per day.

Guesthouse on the Lek

Relax and unwind in this peaceful and stylish accommodation. The area offers something for everyone. Enjoy the lovely beach 200 meters away on the river Lek or the (free) beach "De Meent" in Beusichem (7 min drive). The 27-hole golf course De Batouwe is located in the middle of the Betuwe, an 8-minute drive away. Tour the dike enjoying the beautiful views over the Lek (by bike, motorcycle or car). In addition, there are many nice restaurants nearby!

Cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Cosy studio in Utrecht centre + free parking

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Guesthouse Driegemeentenpad Molenbeek

Waking up among the whistling birds in a Natura 2000 area on the southern Veluwe? Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!
