There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. Apartment on the lake

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Farmhouse studio Lovenem with swimming pool and sauna

A unique overnight stay in a studio above the former pig barn. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is located on the first floor of the former pigsty and is therefore also called "the pigsty" for short. This old barn has its own entrance. The guesthouse consists of one large room where you can recreate, sleep and work. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is on the outskirts of the village of Leuvenheim, directly on the cycling and hiking trails of the Veluwe.

In this cottage you will wake up to the sounds of birds, you will see the squirrels jumping through the trees and in the forest you will regularly encounter deer and boars. The forest cottage is on the Veluwezoom. Within a few meters you are in the middle of the woods. The cottage is located on the Jutberg holiday park.
