The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

In this cozy place to stay, you can sit back, enjoy the tranquility and relax. We furnished it with a lot of love in 2020 and 2021. It is located on the upper floor of our detached house – 4 km from Lake Schömberg, 8 km to Balingen and 19 km to Rottweil. From the skylight of the kitchen/dining area, the Plettenberg rises with its famous tower. From the bedroom, the Hohenzollern/Hechingen can be seen in good weather.

We used the apartment for one night and felt right at home. It is spacious, furnished with comfortable furniture (bed/sofa) and the balcony offers an additional place to stay. I was on the Neckartal bike path and was looking for a place to stay at short notice. Daniel was immediately available. The booking was confirmed in no time and I was able to move into my accommodation immediately. Very accommodating and helpful. All possibilities were offered to me to carry out minor maintenance work on my bike. For the night, the garage was kept free for me to park my bike safely and dry. The place was very clean and tidy. You felt very comfortable right from the beginning. This place is definitely recommended.

I felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. The place was not only super clean and stylish, but also exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere. You can immediately tell that everything was prepared with a lot of love and care. I would especially like to praise the hosts – you rarely experience such a warm, attentive and helpful experience. Even before arrival, the contact was friendly and uncomplicated, and on site I always felt welcome. It was like staying with good friends. The little touches and personal commitment really made my stay special. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place – not only because of the beautiful rooms, but especially because of the wonderful hosts.
