In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

This national monument has been restored in the style and materials of 1837. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay. Shops are in walking distance. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.
