Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

I stayed at Claire’s place for one night to be close to a photoshoot location. Communication was quick and clear, and everything was easy to arrange. The space was clean, quiet, and well presented, with a super comfortable bed and a great shower. No issues at all — would definitely recommend!

The host was super lovely and understanding when I had to check in late due to car problems. She was so kind when I checked in and I had a lovely time in the air bnb. I had no issues and will go back again, it was conveniently placed for my commuting and it was a large room. It had everything I needed so I have no complaints.

Jacqui was very accommodating and flexible. My son was having surgery at QMC and we booked very last minute for my husband to stay there. He had a lovely night and was very comfortable and said the room was spotless. The little added snacks were a lovely addition too. Thanks Jacqui!
