we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

The house was neat and tidy. Although it was very cold, we had no problems with the heating of the house. Everything was considered up to the baby crib. Also thank you for this, 🙏 we did not miss anything, everything was considered. The view from the house is already excellent. It was great to hear the birds chirping in the silence at night. A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

Clean apartment, good communication and sufficient amenities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. One of the most beautiful experiences of housing in Istanbul, the view was its explanation and Jamiele🤍 The stay was comfortable starting with the self check in work was very easy The place is big and very clean, all beds are comfortable, the sheets and the sheets were very clean and fresh, there are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower for swimming The kitchen is equipped with all the tools The site is new and beautifully in Trabia, under the lodging cafes and restaurants The only drawback is that the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are considered bumpy for children and the elderly and there is no elevator Tired to carry bags

This house is truly a corner of heaven. Very pleasant, very warm, all kinds of facilities available. 4 adults can easily stay. The house has a very cute garden full of fruit trees. There are tables both in the garden and on the balcony where you can eat your meals. The house is in a very central location, only a few minutes walk from the pier, but the bedrooms overlook the garden and the interior of the house is very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed, from iron to coffee makers. In the spring, the garden of the house can be the best place in the world. We stayed in the fall, but we will be back in the spring. If you want to stay in Heybeliada, you really don't have to go far. Finally, the host is very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the bike on the balcony and collect pomegranate from the garden, it was a flawless experience for us.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The host was incredibly friendly and very responsible—she responded to all our questions quickly and did her best to help us throughout our stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures—actually, even nicer in reality. The sea view was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed the setting and the amenities.

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x
