We were very happy with the stay. It was reassuring that Ms. Sena was always available and easy to communicate with. The house is as clean and practical as it looks. It's a great house for a fun weekend with friends. I'm sure I'll stay again

The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring, welcoming host. Whenever we asked a question, we got an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

The house is as it appears in the photos, everything was thought out and the location was good. Ms. Çiğdem was interested. It was a pleasant stay that could be preferred again.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty lot either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not so empty that it makes you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. The pool can be easily accessed by those who are sensitive about this. The decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from the other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

Thank you so much for your interest and relevance to Mr. Boğaç. He introduced us to the house with all the details. He also shared what we can do in the area with all the locations before we arrive. The location of the house is already quite central. You can do a lot of your work even on foot. We had a very pleasant weekend with two families with children. The layout and hygiene of the house were as good as our own home. Everything for our needs has been thought out to the finest detail. The garden and pool area is very spacious, private and sufficient to get away from the city and relax. Lucky for us it was a rainy weekend. However, despite that, all our family members enjoyed it very much. They can't wait to stay again in the summer. Thank you again for everything.

The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything

Our experience on staying at the Villa was amazing, from the warm welcome by Yahya and Eissa to the smooth Checkout at the end. This was our first time, and definitely not the last.
