Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage electricity and a shower, but is located by a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Sjöhuset - boats, beach, sauna, jetty and barbecue!

Create new memories in a unique accommodation on a large south-facing headland with panoramic views of Storsjön. In the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish-rich lake (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. On the farm, there are two happy retirees a few chickens and a dog It is close to swimming in Rullsand and a lot of activities in Älvkarleby

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Stay in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn in the countryside.

You live in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn, secluded, on our property. An apartment about 70 sqm housed in a barn, sleeps 6, spread over 4 bunk beds and a shareable double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. We have provided “Kråkboet” with a Google Home device. If you don't want to use it, just unplug it. :) It is, however, an invaluable aid for, for example, visually impaired.

Furnished cabin, no electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas refrigerator, gas stove and water tank. Stove with plate. Outdoor toilet and private dock. Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to a store with generous opening hours. Take an evening swim in the lake. Just a 3-minute walk. Proximity to golf 32 holes and pay and play 9 holes. The host family lives on the floor above. Bus to city center 10 minutes.
