In the middle of the old town. You could easily walk to everything you needed. Lots of Italian life in the city👍🏼.

Everything was good - the rooms are large, check-in is easy, parking in the yard of a private house. There is a large supermarket nearby, where there are all the necessary products. Thank you for your hospitality)

Our very smiling host was very responsive to our requests, she even lent us a noise-cancelling headset so that my grandson could enjoy the Cirque du Soleil show (we had forgotten it) The apartment was super clean, well furnished, the two bathrooms a plus and the garden an asset. We thank him for all these attentions. She brought outdoor games for the little one and gave us a small jar of her honey. The place is secure with a gate and we were even able to put the car in a garage I definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation, although "vintage" in terms of decor, is well equipped. The bedding is superb. The neighborhood is very quiet and the nearby parking spaces are a plus.....

We were warmly welcomed by Federico and Annalisa. Both helped us carry the luggage into the apartment and gave us detailed tips for the area. We felt very welcome! The apartment was very clean, modern and nicely furnished. The amenities were great, there was everything from dishwasher and washing machine to iron and air conditioning. The location was also great, everything was within walking distance - the lake and the ferry dock, good restaurants and bars, supermarkets. And a great ice cream parlor right under the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Caterina's apartment matches the description perfectly. It's a very well arranged accommodation. It is in a condition that seems new with amenities that are more for a residential home than for rent. The calm that reigns on this magnificent terrace overlooking the Sacro Monte is simply idyllic. Its location ideally allows you to visit the lakes Maggiore and Como, provided you have a car that can be parked in the garden of the property. Communication with Caterina, by message or in person, was great. It was a wonderful experience and a great time for us. This will remain one of our best rentals with Airbnb.

Spacious, clean and modern - great place to stay in Arona with great hosts! The apartment is located about 5-10min walk from the waterfront, cafes and other attractions. View is to the train station (which is a bit noisy, but can't hear much when the windows are closed). Overall great experience!

The building is not the prettiest from the outside but when you’re inside looking out over the garden and the lake it’s heaven!

Great stay at Denis apartment, apartment was simple but perfect for a few days and great location with tasty restaurants around. The view is breathtaking!

Great location that includes garaged parking. Within walking distance to top rated restaurants and also boutiques with excellent clothes and leather goods. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Paolo Andrea was very hospitable and flexible. Would not hesitate to return in the future. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is specious, convenient to the metro and had a private garage for parking. Something to take note of is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

I truly can't say enough about our stay here at Linnea's penthouse. The space is outstanding—we actually booked this place in an emergency because the AirBnB we had originally booked was very low quality. This place was our saving grace! Spotless, incredibly luxe, spacious—this place is a gem. My partner and I stayed here, but we could have easily had two more couples comfortably staying with us. Linnea has the *kindest* housekeeper, Adelina, who made us feel right at home during check-in. Also, Linnea's property manager, Donatella, was extremely kind, responsive, and very helpful in coordinating our check-in. It is not often a place lives up to its photos—but this place is somehow even more beautiful! It also comes with some great perks: a filter for drinking water, a hot tub and outdoor rooftop terrace, giant showers, a washing machine, a lift to the apartment, and very comfortable beds. I don't think we will stay anywhere else when we visit Milan again!

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.
