The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Traditional, ecological and reclaimed materials were used throughout, retaining as much of the character of the original property as possible, while sensitively updating to provide a comfortable living space throughout the year. Situated in the peaceful traditional village of Xirosterni, 10 mins drive from the nearest beach.

Estate The 5 Seasons | Studio "A blue moon"

Right by the large pool for a lovely morning swim. This studio can be both an ideal holiday accommodation for 2 or 3 older children, whose parents sleep separately in another studio, or for 2 or 3 friends or girlfriends. Each sleeps separately in single beds. Also suitable for a parent couple or for a parent couple with one child. 2 beds are pushed together, the third bed is separate, or is pushed under another bed. This gives more space.
