Instead of having to do without something or having to restrict yourself, you will find a high-quality equipped new building with all its advantages, such as underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen-living room or luxurious bathrooms with shower & bathtub.

Modern, bright & centrally located apartment on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on 2 floors (ground floor & basement) with cozy south-west terrace (no garden!), newly renovated (03/24). The apartment "Hektor" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located at the gates of Munich & is therefore a perfect starting point for all the sights in M. and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Ammersee-Maisonette: 12 idyllic walking distance to the lake

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good way to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Our spacious and quiet accommodation on the 2nd floor has two bedrooms (double bed & 2 single beds as well as sofa bed in the living room), a large living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment also has a private balcony overlooking the countryside. The S-Bahn station Gauting is a 15-minute walk away, the nearest U-Bahn station is “Fürstenried-West” and can be reached in about 8 minutes by car, Lake Starnberg in only 15 minutes.

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
