La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Beautiful living room, great location and very helpful Hosts. We stayed three days in the apartment, I must say that I have never found such a well-stocked and organized accommodation. From the cleanliness, to the comfort and kindness of Fiorenza and Andrea, who helped make everything impeccable by meeting our needs. Great location to reach from the train station and strategic to get to the city center on foot (supermarkets 10 min away). We'll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

Stopped for a night at Claudio’s place while driving around Emilia Romagna with family. We really enjoyed a relaxing afternoon and breakfast next day at his amazing garden. The home is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you find bars for breakfast and aperitif, the restaurant is all within reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

A modern kitchen features sleek countertops and built-in cooktops. Light streams through large glass doors, illuminating the space and creating a bright atmosphere. The doors lead to a covered loggia outside, enhancing the connection to the view beyond.

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.
