Beautiful and clean house. We enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay was wonderful! It met our needs and Janet was very responsive. We couldn't get the tv in either bedroom to work and was told we would be contacted the next day for help with it and never were. Obviously tv is not beeded and we were fine without it but it would have been nice to have. There also was no dish soap, dish rag or kitchen towel to do dishes with and only a broom and dust pan to aid in cleaning up after ourselves a little. These small things aside, it was a great little place that is much larger than it appeared in pictures and our stay was very comfortable! We probably wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic house on a private cove. The house was beautifully decorated and had lots of space and seating for everyone (inside and outside). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The only negative is the driveway which is located next to a blind curb, but there isn't anything that can be done about it. The host was proactive with communication which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the private seclusion and the view of the lake. The views are spectacular and the sounds on the lake in the early morning and late at night are so soothing. A well stocked kitchen and fully stocked linens was a bonus. Having a washer & two showers available for a family was wonderful. The host were very attentive to any questions or needs that arose. They responded very quickly To our messages. There is plenty of space to Relax. Lots of options sit and eat as a family. We enjoyed grilling out and cooking marshmallows over the fire. Bring fishing poles and if you’re out of state look into getting the out-of-state three day license. Bring a book and sit in the boathouse and while listening to the lake sounds. Grab a Bible burger at Tinsley and Bible pharmacy while you’re in town. Close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is enough to do at the home that you never have to leave! Such a beautiful location, we didn’t want to go home!

Highly recommend staying at this 5-star place! Can you say Extras? Tom has thought of everything – Kayaks, games, firepit and a large swing to name a few. Our favorite thing in the evening was watching magical sunsets from the rooftop deck. We stayed here with our grandchildren who enjoyed skipping down to the lake. Ideal path for any age. This amazing space was super clean, spacious, well put together & everything we needed. We had the perfect get a way to make special summer memories and enjoy time with family!

This was a beautiful place to stay! I would definitely recommend to others and also come back to stay here again!

Nice place to spend a couple of days with friends. Close to Knoxville, and good hiking nearby as well. Lake level was low while we were there, but that didn't take away from all the fun! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to stay and great access to the lake as long as you can walk down the hill.

The place worked out great for our group of 7. I matches the photos and description and is the perfect private getaway. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Heather was very responsive and helped us with critical information after the Hurricane Helene floods, which helped us plan the trip better. Would recommend 10/10.

I loved the place we stayed at in Dandridge, TN. The place was beautiful inside and out. It was clean with plenty of space. The hosts were beyond amazing. We were greeted immediately. We got a tour of the place and he even chatted with us for a little bit. Great communication and flexible. They had snacks, plenty of linens and some extras upon arrival. I highly recommend this place and I am keeping it on my list for future visits. Hope to see you again soon!

Truman's place was perfect!!! Beautiful! Peaceful! The house was spotless and the outside was very neat and clean! I highly recommend this place!! I def plan to spend all my future visits here if it is available. Thank you Truman for a great place to stay!!!

4 guys weekend of fishing and boating. TV worked great for NCAA tournament watching. Lots of wildlife deer and turkey.

This home was perfect for our family of 10 and just a short walk to the lake. The host went above and beyond with information and answering all questions in preparation for our visit. This location was very private. Really didn’t see other people. Everything was clean and looked just as the pictures showed. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Definitely recommend!

Margaret and Mike were awesome hosts. Very nice couple and great to visit with. Not the typical cabin that we normally rent. The wraparound deck, allowed us to comfortably enjoy the view and surroundings, and a small fenced in area, was convenient for our dog. My wife has some disabilities and Margaret was very understanding of flexible arrival and departure times.

The place was easy to find, clean and management company was easy to communicate with. The house was nice place to spread out with the family. My only complaint was the driveway, as it’s extremely steep making getting in and out a bit tricky.

Kelly and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming! I enjoyed staying with them very much, and look forward to staying again. The room was exactly what my kitty and I needed!

clean and modern room with amazing view of Douglas lake from the private hot tub on the deck. Alicia was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We'll definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Kimberly was a great host. She quickly responded to all communication. The dock was very nice and the channel was calm and deep. Like most homes on the lake it is built on the side of the hill which makes it a workout to walk back up to the house from the dock. I found the very twisty road going to the house entertaining. The view from the property was really beautiful. The lake is absolutely gorgeous with incredible scenery and impressive homes.

We loved and enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Hugh’s place. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking/baking. Place is peaceful, private, and beautiful. Very clean and well taken care of home. We look forward to going back sometime between May-September. Hugh mentioned lake would be at it’s fullest, suggesting a great time for kayaking and fishing. Til next time. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home on Douglas Lake! The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the water. We brought our boat, which was a great addition to the trip. Just a heads-up for future guests: the last 1.2 miles leading to the cabin is a narrow one-lane road, which can be challenging to navigate with a boat and trailer—especially if you’re arriving first. Also, launching your boat may require a four-wheel drive vehicle, as the ramps are quite steep. Despite those logistics, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. The peaceful setting, well-stocked home, and lake access made it a great trip!

This home was great for our little family vacation to Pigeon Forge. The setup of the house is great for families. The kids loved the arcade system. It’s in a nice and quiet area. It is about 25-30 minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge but that was okay. We loved it and will definitely stay again in the future when we go back.

There were 4 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and private bathroom! Loved the size of the rental! Very cozy and nicely decorated for fall! Our stay was great! One small problem with the front door lock. It took several times pushing in the code before the door unlocked. But it did unlock and did not slow us down! The garage was also very nice! Would definitely book again!

Such a lovely room with a beautiful view of the lake. We were very pleased with our accommodation’s. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were pristine.

The house was in a beautiful location nice and private with a nice yard in the front for our dog. Inside was quaint and had all the essentials we needed for a week trip. Would definitely go back and stay again.
