Cottage vacation rentals in Gatlinburg

We enjoyed staying at Tim’s place. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. And the trail behind the house was an extra bonus. Each morning you could have coffee on the back deck and listen to rushing water.

The hosts were pleasant and accommodating. The property is close to a lot of the activities of Pigeon Forge yet secluded enough to feel like you're alone on the mountain.

Lisa’s place was perfect for my family, It is a very spacious and well-located house, very walkable to downtown, and has shuttle options too, this house has everything you need, kitchen, grill and bathroom toiletries, plenty of towels, nice and quiet neighborhood, parking situation also spacious, we had 4 cars, Overall a great Cottage

This has to be one of the best spots to stay in the area. Close enough to all the fun by far enough to be able to rest in peace and quiet. Great location to all the tourist amusements if your into those but for us it was great to be in a central point for Smoky Mountains National Park. A hour or less in each direction to Clingman’s Dome and Cades Cove Loop. The home was super comfortable from the couch to the beds and that jetted tub in the master bath definitely helped some sore muscles after a day of hiking. Another huge plus is it’s pet friendly and has tons of grass areas around the loop walk for the pups to use. Thanks again for everything

It was very cute, inside was very clean, the outside could have been better maintained, it was not horrible but I swept the entry of leaves, to not track them inside. And the walkway to the outdoor sitting area could have had better lighting. All in all a great historical place to stay.

Absolutely loved staying here. The bed was so comfortable I almost didn't want to get out of it. we had a great time playing games. such a relaxing experience. we will definitely be back.

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of hiking or walking in town. There were so many extras not listed - coffee, creamer, spices, and snacks in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner, hand soap in the bathrooms; laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. It was wonderful to arrive late at night and have a few comfort items to make it until the next morning. The beds were comfy with extra linens and plenty of towels in the bath. We loved our quiet evenings spent in the game room and around the fire pit. If you’re considering this property, just book it!

David & Deanna were very quick to respond, especially when I booked at the last minute. The house was a perfect weekend getaway, 5 stars all around!

Carmen’s cabin was so beautiful inside it made us feel right at home, it smelled so good I had to get a diffuser for my self haha. the beds where so comfortable, the bathtub jacuzzi in the master room was amazing and still had a lot of room to get ready in the mornings. Carmen provides indoor and outdoor games that where so fun. The fire pit in the backyard is nice and good for watching games being played. You’re close to Walmart which was very convenient and about 25 minutes away from the outlet and attractions. 10/10 will be returning!!!

We normally stay elsewhere but they couldn’t accommodate the sleeping configuration we required for this trip, so I booked Halie’s cabin. So, so spacious!!! It was exactly as pictured. As frequent visitors to Gatlinburg, it was super easy for us to find. For those not familiar, it is on the Pigeon Forge end of the strip so you don’t need to fight that traffic when you arrive or want to head to Dollywood. Also, Food City is close by. Beds were super comfortable, my nephew spent hours in the hot tub each night, and we just didn’t worry about anything while we were there. Would highly recommend!

This was a long overdue getaway for us and this treehouse cabin was perfect! The mountain views are spectacular from the deck and hot tub, as well as from the cozy living room and bedrooms! The house was immaculate and the decor was charming and inviting. The kitchen was stunning and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets, if needed. The living room with gorgeous fireplace was our favorite place to cozy up and watch the sunset every night! Robert was professional and very friendly and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. Robert went above and beyond to make our stay at his cabin, a perfect fit!

We received clear instructions to find the home. It was private and secluded. We got right inside and found the place to be very charming, super clean and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would def stay there again. It was far enough away from the strip to enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings but close enough to get to where all the action is.

LOVED this place! So close to everything you need but far enough away that you don’t feel overwhelmed with noise. Super clean and welcoming! Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my birthday weekend!

great stay, super responsive as well. hot water stopped working and they had people there within an hour to have it fixed. there's also an upstairs area to lay and read. the bathroom was also bigger than I expected it to be. so all around it was a win would definitely recommend if your looking for a place to stay. the closest thing I could find to a complaint was how close the driveway is to a fork in the road where three cars could come your way from either side of the road and another cabin up on the hill. but that is me pulling at straws lol

Great place to stay very relaxing and peaceful not phone service is a good thing when u get opportunity to relax spend time with your family. I recommend this house. Pictured doesn’t do this place justice very relaxing. Will be rebooking this place. Best place I have ever stayed hands down. I have stayed a lot of places but this is it for my family. Beds are the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental thank u Anne for having this place for me and my family.

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay! The area around Douglas Lake is beautiful, with shopping and great restaurants nearby! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to get away, this is a great option!

This little cottage was what I was exactly looking for. Up a mountain~surrounded by nature~very quiet with no one around yet very close to a lot of restaurants & things to do. It is very homey & comfortable. I will be going back here to stay next year. Give this cottage a chance you won’t be disappointed. Leslie

This was a lovely place to stay at. I loved the cute little cottage and pond. It was a wonderful time away. Lydia was very sweet! She helped us out and was lovely to talk to. I loved being able to bring our pup with us to on vacation.

My family and I were happy to stay at this wonderful hidden gem, tucked away in nature. Would highly recommend this residence for those that want to be close to all the attractions but enjoy the peacefulness of the nature when in your home away from home. Our daughters enjoyed the property. The host recommended an ice cream place called The Yard which was great but I must say you have to have a sweet tooth for this place lol. Not a far drive from the smoky mountains or Dollywood. The pictures of the property didnt take away from the WOW factor when we arrived. The host went above and beyond with this property and very responsive with and questions. If you like nature and want to enjoy the(as I call it) country living in the middle of nowhere. Lol. You will love this place just like my family and I did. Thanks again to the host

Loved that this cabin was away from the Holiday crowds but close enough to drive and still see all the tourists adventures. Everything by was about a 45 mins drive but we like driving that far. The cabin was just the right amount of space for my family of 4. Our host was gracious enough to let us still go feed the horses at their home, when they had to get moved out of the pasture in front of the cabin. Loved that we could walk out and see the mountains.

You may want to clean the top of the ceiling fan in the larger bedroom. No concern to me, but a future fussy guest may complain. Had an afternoon visit from relatives staying in Pigeon Forge. Standing outside with brother in law, with him facing the multi storied building diagonally across the road, I joked "did you see any bears on the drive down". He said "No but there's one over there". I walked over and got some good pictures of a bear as he enjoyed the stream.
