Villa Nives is a recently renovated villa in the pretty village of Gata in the foothills of the Croatian mountain of Mosor. It is a short drive to both the seaside town of Omis and to Split, the historical capital of Dalmatia. Split airport is 45 minutes away. The villa comprises a spacious 98 square metre house, plus a large covered terrace and a swimming pool, all set in its own surrounding land. The pool is in an olive grove, with sensational views of the mountain above and the valley below.

It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
