Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Fancy a break with family or friends? Then grab your loved ones and come to the spacious holiday home "Großer Vilm"! On about 150 square meters everyone will find their place – 4 cozy bedrooms (one plus with sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bathrooms and a garden overlooking the island of Vilm are waiting for you! It is quiet here, but the central location offers the best connections to the bus, train and ship. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Pack your suitcases and come by!

Apartment No. 3 Rügen Water View + Garden

The apartment is located in a building with 3 other apartments, including a garden, a private section of the front terrace with views over the garden, to the sheep pasture to the water. Our rowboat is in the water about 100 meters away, which invites you to take a boat trip. In addition, canoes and kayaks as well as a fireplace can be used. The same applies to a couple of (albeit older) bicycles. If you want to experience pure nature and Rügen's quiet side, this is the place to be!

Small Chamber: Country Vacation by the Sea | Rügen

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. There is also room for two families with children, who can let off steam on the adjacent playground. Our pets, the miniature dachshund Paule, the cat Püppi as well as a few chickens will surely meet you in the yard. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Whether in the summer with a glass of wine on the terrace or in winter with a tea cozy in front of the fireplace, always enjoy the fantastic view of the waves of the Hagenschen Wiek, that's relaxation, as you wish. After a day at the beach, a bike ride or a walk through the Mönchgut, probably the most beautiful part of the island of Rügen, you will look forward to coming back to this apartment. From here, the island can be explored in all directions. Our Landkate has a modern-clear ambiance, furnished in a mixture of Nordic design, vintage furniture and Grandma Elisabeth's kitchen buffet. Through large windows you can look from all sides into the wide sky and at meadows and forests.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
