From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Harry's Place - a rural retreat

Harry's Place is a light, self-contained, first floor apartment. It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space that gives an opportunity to retreat from today's hectic pace of life with countryside views from every room. Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

The Old Dairy

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Quiet village house sleeps up to 6

Located in Swanton Morley, 3 miles from Dereham.Local shop, deli and pub and a children's park. 2 bedrooms upstairs, with a double bed in each room. 2 bathrooms , 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge, NO TV , Dining room. Wooden floors. Garden fenced off from road so safe for children, with an outdoor seating area. Off-road parking for 2 cars. 2 single beds can be made in lounge if you request this to allow for 6 people. Please note we do not have a TV License.

Lavender Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful cottage in the picturesque village of Mattishall. Accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms one double bedroom upstairs and one bedroom with two single beds and a further third bedroom roughly 10 feet away from the main house with a king size bed. Kitchen with washing machine and dining table and chairs for 6 Cosy lounge leading to windy cottage stairway up to bedrooms. Outside benefits from a games room and lazy spa!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Characterful 3 Bed Cosy Cottage.

Quaint cottage in the lovely village of Mattishsll. This home has a cosy living room, with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, including dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower. 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a walk through room. The stairs are typical of an old Norfolk Cottage, and are narrow and windy, so may not be suitable for the less able. The property has a small enclosed front garden and to the rear has a courtyard style enclosed garden.

Waterside cabin with private fishing (LS7b)

The lodge is situated at Yaxham Waters. Private fishing is included for exclusive use of people staying in the lodge (You need to bring your own fishing equipment and you must have a valid fishing licence). The Mid Norfolk railways runs along the front of the lodge where the steam trains pass. There is an onsite café and children's play area. Wi-Fi is included. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs, but please note the garden is not enclosed however the veranda is gated.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Little Orchard is adjoined to the family home with it's own private entrance, it offers open plan kitchen, living room & dining space. Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
