Charming Casa Capriola - Panoramic views

TobyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.
A person is seated comfortably in a wooden lounge chair, reading a book. A large green glass bottle and a picturesque view of rolling hills and mountains are in the background, creating a serene atmosphere. The sky is clear, with soft clouds visible in the distance.

Casa Santo Stefano, panoramic view, swimmingpool

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Villa Arzilla, fantastic view of the Sibillini Mountains

ManuelaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the view. Colle della Sibilla – Country House

CristinaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. In short, everything wonderfully exceeded expectations. Leaving was an effort :-) Thanks to Lucia for her great availability and hospitality. Cristina&Co

Chalet Fiastra

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.
A tranquil beach scene is depicted, with soft sandy shores meeting the calm, light blue waters. A rocky cliff borders the beach, while a few beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are arranged for visitors. The shoreline gently curves, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Stunning town villa + pretty garden

R.C.M.Rating, 5 stars23 months ago
The house can be reached on foot via a steep street. You can't get there by car, but you only have to walk about 100 m to get there. Big advantage is that there are no cars at your doorstep and it is wonderfully quiet i. That's definitely nice if you sit outside and enjoy the garden that goes up in height (several terraces). The house has all the comforts. Very nice that there are several bathrooms and the bedrooms are all spacious. The living room is not very large, but certainly not small. The kitchen is not that big, but has everything you could need From the house you can walk into the old part of town, where you imagine yourself a few centuries back in time. This part should be viewed both in the evening and during the day. The town has all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarket, cafe, etc.). Christine is enthusiastic and always and usually responds quickly. Her responses are extensive, which gives a engaged and reliable feel.
