The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, with a spectacular sunrise view. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

Delicious from home! For those who like nature, it is perfect, very green around. By car is not far from downtown. About 15 minutes to get to restaurants and bars. The house was very clean. I loved it and will come back more often.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

I loved the stay! Communication with the owner was very easy. He is a very flexible and friendly person. The apartment is in the center, I did everything on foot and I felt very safe, even though I was alone. The place is beautiful and very cozy. I recommend it and will definitely go back.

The apartment matched the photos and description. New, clean, well decorated, airy, well equipped, located in a building with a great structure. The rooms are spacious and there is a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy. You can do everything on foot. The host responded quickly, gave all the necessary guidance about the location and the apartment, great communication. Always very kind, we had flexibility in the dates and time of entry. Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. It was the best I've ever been to, it didn't smell musty, everything was clean, the place is wonderful, the kitchen is impeccable, very attentive, the armchairs, the chairs, beds, bed and bath linens all clean. Anyway, it's a place I highly recommend, top marks for all reviews. If it's up to me, I'm just going to stay in this place.

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

The home is exactly as described. All very clean and organized, with all the necessary items. Tati and Rodrigo welcomed us very well, made us feel at ease and sent us instructions and tips for touring the region. I recommend and we will be back for sure!

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All the rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and accommodates SUV vehicles with ease of maneuvering. The condominium has a garden inspired by Thailand, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool and with lanes, very well-equipped gym, better than many hotels. The host was always very helpful and answered all my questions. I recommend it!
