I spent a weekend with my son and it was wonderful! The place is simple, but it has everything you need! It was all super clean and fragrant. And Thiago solved everything we needed with agility and extreme education! It is very close to the beach of Pinheira and also gives Guarda do Embaú! Without a doubt, I will be more often! Hopefully soon!

Juliene is a wonderful, communicative host and the property is just a 2 min walk to Lagoa Pequena, as well as a 5 min walk to Hiperbom supermarket. It's very convenient location! Things I loved: proximity to the lake, and walkable to Praia Rio Taveres, spacious loft, with small balcony, ample kitchen space including stovetop, microwave, panini press, utensils, glasses and plates, good water from shower! Things to consider: there are monkeys that will come into the windows (if open) and steal your food, haha! Also, be mindful there is no Air Conditioning, which is in the listing, so hot days are indeed hot. Very grateful for Juliene to be flexible with check-in and helpful to make the stay comfortable! Well located. All clean and organized. Easy access to the main points of the city. Super easy check-in because the host was very objective and clarifying. Would recommend!!

Micheal is a great host! The place is clean , cute and comfortable! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, Bakery and pharmacy.

Comfortable apartment for 3/4 people. The only bad thing is the bathroom in the room, the rest is perfect. I would add an electric oven. Relatively close to the beach and the supermarket.

Without a doubt, it was an amazing experience. The place is close to the sea, very beautiful, extremely organized environment. Sodré and his Adroaldo's reception are very friendly and as I described, we feel at home. And the Guard also makes it easy! rssss

The hut is well equipped and very clean. The location is great, you can walk to the centrinho. In spite of the location close to the most popular places, the terrain offers privacy and solitude. The view of the hut is also wonderful. Only thing is that the terrain is very steep, so for those on foot they have to climb a very high inclination and I imagine that people with limited mobility may have some difficulty.

Wonderful location. Exactly as in the pictures, excellent cost-benefit! Great beach, close to everything, extremely attentive host, gave tips on everything we could do and where to buy everything we needed. Lent beach chairs and umbrella sun. All perfect!

Adriana was asked and soon answered us. The cottage is just like in the listing. Beautiful, with an amazing view. Great bed and bath linens. Very comfortable. Only the staircase was difficult, very long and made of stones. Those with heavy suitcases may suffer from this. The person who received us was very kind and attentive.

Quiet, clean and smelling locale, provides everything the listing promises, it is not so close to the beaches but it has a market, pharmacy and bakery very close by. We find it very cozy and Tânia is always available to help us when I need it! 😊

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Florianópolis was great! The view is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the full kitchen with a washing machine was very useful. The apartment is well located, beautiful and well lit. As I worked from home, having several spaces (2 tables, hammock, sofa, poufs) was a differential. Communication with Felipe was excellent, always quick and helpful. I recommend it!

This AirBnb made me want to move to Floripa. The home itself is super comfortable and it really feels like home. I worked remotely from here, and this was a great place for it. The location is ideal, walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I could not have asked for a better stay in Campeche, and I would love to come back and stay here. My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.

It was nicer and more cozy than we expected. The location is excellent, unbeatable as it has a supermarket in front, a pharmacy next door and a very nice center around the corner. The instructions were so clear that there was no need to be in constant communication. Everything works fine in the loft. A safe area to move around. We would definitely come back.

The host was very attentive to receiving us, guided us the best way to get there because there are more chatty streets to pass the car, and he was careful to guide us to the arrival was also good. I spent one month as Rafael's place and it so far was the best I have stayed in Floripa given the location and the price. The apartment was very cozy with everything I needed and a beautiful mountain view outside the window. He is also super sweet and always ready to help. I definitely recommend his place
