The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

Everything was great, impeccable cleanliness, when we opened the door, the apartment smelled too good, as did the bed and bath linens. Luís' attention was also excellent, very friendly. The apartment is charming, with everything we need. And the historic center, then, is not even mentioned. we will definitely be back, we loved everything, thanks for the treat at the reception.👏

Gamboa's apartment is great, modern and well equipped. Rooms are very comfortable with split and shutters that made the rooms very dark. The modern kitchen served us well. We really liked the location, very close to the beach and a good walk to the center. The TV is smart, allowing for multiple streamings, using your login. And the couple was very kind, always treating us with friendliness.

The stay was very good! House very close to the market, pharmacy and bakery. Besides, it was super clean when we arrived. It's just like the ad!

The apartment is just like the photos posted. Super comfortable, very nice furnished and with all the new appliances. The spaces are spacious to go 4 people. The terrace is a very nice place with a hammock and board game. Claudia allowed us to check in before the stipulated time what we totally appreciate. The location allows you to move without using the car to go for a walk in the center at night or do supermarket shopping. Housekeeping was also great. The only point against is the parking space that is reduced by having to do several maneuvers to be able to park. The rest of the great points!!

Two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen-dining room and living room together. Everything is modern and very well decorated. Everything you need for cooking. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with wonderful ocean views and a temperate jacuzzi that is appreciated when the weather is not very hot. 300 meters from the beach, everything is very nice. 100% recommendable.

the house is very good, clean and organized, close to the centrinho, to go to pr until the evening safely. i missed a microwave only. denais everything perfrito. i recommend it.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing place, very close to the beach with a very peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. It’s a little far from downtown Florianopolis (25-30 min Uber ride) but it has decent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had an overheating issue with the hot tub but Vanessa was extremely helpful and made sure the issue was solved before the end of our stay, which was during a holiday. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place to relax!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip will definitely be back to the same place! I just note that the Jacuzzi is not heated and there is no observation in the description of the apartment, as we did not go in the summer, it was something that bothered us because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that had no use.
