We had a fantastic stay in a lovely cottage, small but extremely well equipped. both Barry and Eadaoin were extremely helpful. No complaints whatsoever and will stay here again if it's available !

We had such a wonderful stay in ‘The Nook at Newalls’. It was private and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had some stormy weather during one of the evenings, but we were cosy and warm in the hut with the log burner lit! Taxi into Kendal cost £9 where we had a gorgeous Sunday dinner at ‘Ye Olde Fleece Inn’. Windermere was a 20 minute drive where we did a great short walk up to Orrest Head for the most incredible views. The hut is a great base for exploring the Lake District - highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation and super cosy, very happy with our stay

This beautiful lodge sits in a quiet tranquil spot with everything you need for a perfect break . It has one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The lodge is very private and tastefully decorated. The views are beautiful from every window . A private outside area with seating , BBQ . It is a good base to visit all of the Lake District . I would highly recommend. I was very grateful for the complimentary goodies . Thank you Emma for your kindness. Emma is an excellent host who provided detailed instructions on how to reach the property .
