Monthly Rentals in Garner

I would definitely recommend this for a single or a couples stay. The location was very close to the lake, close to amenities and felt safe (as a single female). Was perfect for me as I was bike riding most of the weekend and close to the bike trails. Thank you Justin for being a great host!

It’s my go to place - when visiting family! It’s clean - cozy - safe! Stay in the Tiny House mostly-My favorite. Bummed - more like dread when I cannot book 1 of the 3 places Larry has. My stay provides a shower and bed, and moments of serenity, after spending most of my day with family. I appreciate the many well thought out items stocked, although I do not use or need many of them. Larry is a great communicator! : )

We had the best time staying here for our girls trip. It was so quiet and peaceful….the house was cute, welcoming and clean! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us

The Attic was as advertised; it was a very convenient location (12 minute drive on North Shore Dr. from downtown Clear Lake) with a neighborhood feel. We felt very comfortable and appreciated Alicia's great communication. I would definitely recommend to others.
