With 3 floors, four bedrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor retreat area including a spacious swimming pool and barbeque area, it is the perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation for 1 or more families, or a group of friends, during the summer months or during truffle season! Our newly renovated apartment, with luxury finishes and furnishings, is located in ACQUI TERME, in a historic building that has belonged to the SCATI family since 1614 and was built on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, directly overlooking the ancient THERMAL SPRING. It is spacious and comfortable. Being in the historic center of the city, all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance.

Della Bollente I Residence

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
