My first experience with an Airbnb. Molly made it easy, very comfortable and clean. I have a new place to always stay in the Chardon area.

I was in town for work for 4 weeks and needed somewhere that was safe and in a good location. Overall, the place has all the basics you need. Kitchen does not have a stove but a hot plate is provided and basic kitchen ware which was enough for what I needed. Bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. Bed was very comfy as well. The apartment can be chilly at night so I kept a sweat shirt on hand. Otherwise, there are AC units in the kitchen and bedroom that worked great for the warmer days. Parking is available on site but would keep in mind if you have anything bigger than a standard SUV, it will be a tight fit in the garage (my Mazda CX5 was fine). Emily also checked in on me via text to see if I had any questions and she was always very responsive. Overall, highly recommend Emily and this AirBnB!

This was a great location for us, with an easy walk to restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked if you prefer to cook.

This stay was exactly what we needed it to be - a spacious, comfortable, and quality experience for my larger family. Though there were a few household hiccups (from brief network connectivity and bathroom plumbing concerns) the hosts took care and addressed any and all concerns immediately. The issues that arose were issues that occur in any house at any time and were NOT a result of bad upkeep but rather normal household wear and tear. And, the fact that the hosts were constantly available and checking in on the progress of any the fix plan to any issue we had, made the stay feel even more comfortable and luxurious than initially expected. We were well take care of and the quality of all things (bedding, mattresses, couch, all things kitchen, sauna, etc.) available made this an incredible stay that we’d absolutely do again. We had 7 total people in our party and every single people said the same thing. Much thanks!

Serenity at Seven Hills was perfect for my family and Jeff made our stay very easy. The house is wonderful and exactly as described. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and are spacious yet cozy at the same time!! My daughter commented that we should have looked at the brand of mattresses because they were so comfortable. The water pressure in the showers were a dream :) The neighborhood is quiet, no road noise while you're trying to fall asleep yet close to major roads and highways. We will definitely stay at Serenity again!

If you stay is Diane's wonderful home, you will return even if to stay in her home again. Next time will be our fourth visit.

Place was wonderful in just about every way! Only suggestion is to let guests know about the tub. It is very difficult to get in and out of if you are the least bit unsteady or have any mobility issues.

This is a wonderful old house to stay in, very clean and cute! 10/10 would stay here again. The stairs can be a little steep if you have mobility issues and the bathroom is small with little space between the toilet and tub. The host, Jamie is super responsive and very helpful. We felt very safe in the area and had no issues whatsoever.

This was truly a 5 star accommodation. The house was gorgeous and spacious. All of the appliances and furniture was really nice and fit perfect with the house. It was very spacious while still feeling cozy and warm. Shaker is a great area and the house was within minutes of shaker square. Oluwakemi was really proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell she owned this place and not some big company and the service matched. She's the best host we've had so far and when we come back to Cleveland we know where we will be staying.

My husband stayed here for a trip to celebrate his retirement, it is a neat and perfect condo centrally located in downtown. We tried to fit in as much as we could in three and half days. We walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was fabulous- a must see!! Also, walked to a baseball game one night, beautiful park. Visited the art museum and botanical garden, and West Side Market. As far as food, Dante for Italian was delicious, Blue Point Grille which is right across the street from this place was awesome. and Johnny's Little Bar and grill for the best burger, right around the corner also. Stephanie was the best to communicate with, she suggested things to do and we did almost all of what suggested, cant wait to return. Thanks for the best time!

We had a great stay at Vincent’s apartment! Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. It is right in the midst of Lakewood bars and restaurants and this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Vincent, for the great hospitality!

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.

Spent a month in this very comfortable condo! Great location to walk and get around Ohio City and surrounding neighborhoods (Hingetown, Duck Island, Tremont). :its of restaurants within walking distance along with easy access to the West Side Market. Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again...highly recommend!

I stayed here for two nights during a quick trip to Cleveland and had a great experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed, with easy access to great restaurants and downtown attractions. The hosts were communicative and made check-in a breeze. It was a perfect spot to relax after long days out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!
