Located at the foot of the iconic Table Mountain, Mountain Views Villa is your home away from home whilst visiting Cape Town. An eclectic, modern and warm fusion of indoor and outdoor living. Upstairs private patio's to enjoy a bit of reading, or sip on a glass of wine and relax with friends. It's only a short drive either to the surrounding wine farms, the beach, or go for a scenic drive along Chapmans Peak drive for breathtaking views. Entire home. I am in love with my own city, and am still exploring it and finding new places of interest which I am happy to pass on to guests. Offering views of Table Mountain in the neighbourhood of Newlands, the home is steps away from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and the lush hiking trails of Newlands Forest. Shopping at the Cavendish Square mall is a short drive away. Access to 1 big closed garage for 2 cars If you decide to hire a car, as it is easy to travel to all the various places of interest. Alternatively Uber functions exceptionally well in Cape Town.

Relax, Unwind, Recharge in a Stunning, Secluded, Quiet Guesthouse in Bishops Court, Cape Town

This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

Our cottage, nestled in a lush indigenous garden, finds itself in Cape Town’s leafy Southern suburbs. Dozens of world class restaurants and wine farms are scattered throughout the immediate area. Kirstenbosch gardens, beaches and hiking trails are also all a short drive away. This sustainable cottage integrates into its surroundings with big sliding doors through which one can appreciate the leafy garden, fishpond and hammock. Solar geysers and PV panels allow for an uninterrupted power supply.
