Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Please make sure that you have a Master or Visa Credit Card available for this. No Debit Cards accepted. Please note that this villa is for Accommodation only and we do not allow Function Venues. Spacious Garden Apartment with View of Table Mountain

Go for a refreshing dip in a turquoise pool and relax in the garden under lush greenery. The tropical feel continues inside with hanging plants, original art, and casual furniture. This bright, breezy apartment is well ventilated and serviced daily. The space was purpose designed for Guests with simplicity and comfort in mind. The interior style is unique in that it combines Scandinavian and Dutch design influences with unique South African design products and furniture. The space is uncluttered yet personable and homely with creative interior and design touches throughout. Exceptionally spacious, the apartment is ideal for longer stay guest and people with families or babies. The garden and grounds are at full disposal of guests and the tranquil setting against the backdrop of Table mountain makes this a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis by a dedicated housekeeper who's responsibility it is to look after our guests. Guests have full access to the garden apartment on garden level, the pool and braai facilities. Laundry facilities are at an additional cost and do not have direct guest access. The housekeeper can arrange for washing, ironing or dry cleaning at an additional cost. Guests are welcomed and checked-in personally by myself or the Housekeeper, Fiona. I usually try to make contact at least once during the guests stay, but otherwise we give the guests their space and privacy until they need us. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, so the guests will have daily interaction with the housekeeper to attend to any needs. I will be on standby if the guests require my advice, help or assistance. Oranjezicht, on the slopes of Table Mountain, is the oldest most historic neighbourhood of Cape Town. It boasts spectacular views of the mountain and ocean. Nature is literally on the doorstep. The apartment is also close to the city centre. The MyCity bus system is Cape Town's main form public transport in and around the city. There is a MyCity busstop 100 meters from the house. The Uber Taxi service is also very efficient, affordable and easy to use. Many tourist sites or attractions in the City are within walking distance of the property. The property is on 2 levels. The apartment and garden is on the "downstairs" level of the property and the garden and pool area is shared space on that level. There is a 3 bedroom house on the top level, also rented to guests at certain times of the year.

Perched on the Tamboerskloof hills overlooking the City Bowl, this humble, beautifully textured and colorful home offers a cool, tranquil escape from the bustle of the town below. Stepping under the huge lemon tree, past the little sun-drenched plunge pool and through the antique studded door, you'll feel as if you were just plucked from a Moroccan seaside village, complete with mosaic tiles, woven ceiling mats and raw stone walls. Both bedrooms and the entire living and kitchen space open separately through big doors to the outside areas, cooled by the shade of the trees. Here's your oasis!!! Guests have full access to the home. I live nearby and am always available should you need anything. This home is in a hip neighbourhood on the side of Signal Hill. Round the corner is one of the city's oldest delis, currently called The Blue Café. Stroll downhill to quickly reach a cluster of restaurants, bars, delis, and shopping centres. Uber is hands-down the easiest and cheapest way to get around. The home itself is quite far up a steep hill, so walking from the bus stop (especially with your shopping) can be testing. If you do have your own car, there’s space for a normal-sized car inside the garage area. Garbage collection - the truck comes to collect every Thursday. I’d ask that guests please roll the big bin out onto the street before 8am in the morning. Please do not put the bin out the night before.
