Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar castle/bathing area and 4km drive to the Öland bridge.

Fågelskådaren paradis med havet som fond! En dröm för naturälskare som söker lugn och fria vyer utan Wi-Fi eller TV. Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, alldeles vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Upplev sommaren på Öland. Jag hyr ut en gårdslägenhet som är placerad på den östra sidan av Öland. En lugn plats med fina promenadstråk och naturen nära. Om du vill ta ett dopp finns Ålebäck badstrand 6 km bort. Boendet ligger nära resturang Eksgården i Gårdby, Gårdby café och lanthandel samt Bläsinge hamnkrog. Dessutom kan du ta en tur till Arontorp för att testa de öländska kroppkakorna, eller ner till Ölands södra udde för att uppleva fyren och fågelstationen.

Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Öland, Karlevi charming limestone house in island village

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the countryside about 10 km south of the Öland bridge. In the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-attended stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is in the landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.

O.B.S. Bokning för 2025 kan inte göras före 1/4 2025. I Norra Möckleby finns denna charmiga Ölandsstuga för 6 pers. På nedre vån. sovrum, kök, matrum, v-rum, dusch och toalett. Brant trappa till övervån. med öppen planlösning och två sängplatser i var ände. Frysskåp i "lillstugan" på tomten.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
