The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Charming refurbished studio with beautiful modern amenities. Located in downtown Gap, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free Wi-Fi. Garden and balcony with mountain view, not overlooked. Nearby: Lake Serre Ponçon, whitewater sports, many hiking trails from Champsaur and Valgaudemar, Tallard airfield for your parachute jumps, Golf 5 minutes away!

We imagined this small independent accommodation like the rest of our house, with noble materials (wood, earth coatings, green roof) and with a concern for saving resources (green energy, rainwater recovery). Opening in June 2020 Cottage with independent access on the 1st floor of our house. Everything you need for your stay and all the comforts to feel at home. Bedroom with queen size bed, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and TV with Netflix, reversible air conditioning, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, private entrance, access to shared heated pool in season, parking.
