Vacation rentals with beach access in Gandia

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and attractively decorated. We missed a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

Mila is a great host, her apartment is well located 2 steps from the beach, well-equipped, a large balcony, parking in front of the entrance, I recommend this apartment to spend good times in Gandia.

First of all, and many thanks to Maria, who is always attentive to make sure you have everything you need and all the information you need. The apartment with air conditioning and heat pump, clean sheets and blankets. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Rooms are correct. Very spacious living room with two very comfortable sofa beds The apartment is just a minute from the gate to the promenade and beach, you have everything around bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bike rental, beach bars in the area Quiet, almost no cars on the street and little pedestrian traffic.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

We had a few fabulous days and immediately felt at home. Shopping is quickly accessible (by car) and there are even some restaurants within walking distance. An absolute highlight in addition to the view is the beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached on foot within 2 minutes via a wooden path. It goes flat into the water - perfect with small children. We will be happy to come back! :-)

The house is even better than the pictures. It's right next to the beach, and it comes equipped with everything you need to have a super comfortable stay. The service with Paula, a 10. We'll be back for sure.

Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it's too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there's always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning products, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at José Juan's house. A super comfortable apartment, beachfront in a very quiet area. The apartment was as advertised in the photos, spacious, very comfortable, clean and tidy and with a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea. Above all, Jose Juan's kindness and availability at all times should be noted!! We will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's place. The apartment has a fantastic location to the sea and the surrounding gastronomy. You could always easily find a parking space in the street, right in front of the apartment. This is important for us, as we travel a lot on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. Javier was always great to reach and fulfilled all our wishes. He provided us with extra beach chairs and an umbrella etc. There were delicious oranges from the family's own plantation - a dream. When he visited us personally, he was super personable and gave us great tips. We will be very happy to return.

The accommodation cannot be valued for every euro paid, I think the best way to say it is that it is worth every second we spent in it. It was the first trip with our 3-month-old son and it has all the amenities you could wish for. It's a place I'll repeat, I'm not saying it as a prefabricated phrase, it's true, we're already managing times at work to return this year because we're delighted with the accommodation and Wilfried's treatment. If you are looking for a place to disconnect with the family, close to nature but without giving up comforts, this is the place.

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

We were two couples, the apartment was perfect, just like in the photos, a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the beach. A very quiet residential complex and very good parking. The host Javier was always attentive to our needs and recommended many places to go. I will definitely be back!

Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Everything has been great, the apartment was clean and very cozy, he left us gifts for the children, and for us too, water and other things... the proximity to the beach, and not to mention the ocean views, the supermarket is very close, we would definitely stay here again

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing 4 nights at Alvaro's apartment. It sits literally almost on the beach and has an incredible view over the beautiful ocean and marina. You can also see down to the old town. It really is magic! The apartment was exactly what we needed and looks just like the photos. It is spacious and clean, and easy to get to. Also, it's a very easy walk to the local restaurants and sites, and is a great hub to get to Valencia and other places. Alvaro and his family were incredibly kind and we are grateful for the assistance they gave us with local hints and tips. They even helped us with our bags which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this listing, and would love to stay again one day.

The apartment perfectly matches the listing description. Folding chairs and umbrellas are available for guests to take to the beach. The washing machine has a short 15' program ideal for a short wash of swimsuits and has room to hang them. The sofa bed in the living room is quite comfortable.

The apartment has undergone a comprehensive renovation that makes it cozy and very functional, the kitchen was clean as well as the kitchen utensils, the bathroom was very clean and with the comfort of a walk-in shower. The location is fantastic, you can get to the beach in no time and you have some fabulous restaurants nearby, especially Jose's, which makes great paellas at a good price. We had a great time and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
