Our obsession with attention to detail is evident in every corner of a 40 m2 room, located on the first floor of the building, decorated in a Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Living room area with a corner sofa and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. apps, air conditioning and heating, equipped with a table and chairs to eat comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen area, kitchen utensils, kitchenware for two people, CREATE free-standing refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access a small balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chair.
