Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

The stay at Lucia's was an absolute 10/10. Starting with the communication before my trip to Gandia, which was outstanding. The apartment itself has a superb location. Walking distance to the beach. The apartment is superbly furnished, very very cozy and unsurpassed in cleanliness. We were even provided with various soft drinks and milk in the fridge for the stay. In addition, some things were available for breakfast (toast, marmalade,…). We were greeted with chocolate bunnies, Roche and other sweet touches. During the stay, Lucia was always available and did her best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Check-in / check-out very very easy, no matter what time you arrive. Unbeatable price for an apartment of this kind (we were on site from May 25-04) Simply an oasis of well-being and an absolute recommendation!!!!

10 days winter stay with family. Good, calm location. Near to the sea, with long promenade to walk. During winter no problem to park the car 5m from building entrance door. Elevator. Nice apartment. The swimming pools on the property are clean, with crystal clear water – a great experience. We stayed in this apartment for 4 days and the experience was unbeatable. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. They welcomed us with everything ready. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: full kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning that worked perfectly. In addition, everything was as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent. We felt very safe and comfortable at all times. Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return
