My apartment has a beautiful ocean view, is spacious and comfortable, balcony with beautiful view, 120 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, private barbecue, glazed, living and dining room integrated with kitchen, natural lighting in all rooms, super ventilated, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. Everything is well maintained. Building with only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach gear that fits a bike. And the best part: it's 25 meters from the beach!!!

The living room offers a double bed and air conditioning. We also provide 2 single mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the back you find a full BBQ area with tables, chairs and utensils. The balcony of the house, equipped with hammocks, offers the perfect place. laundry with a washing machine.
