Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). The house offers a total of 11 comfortable beds, a generous sauna for relaxing after the day's adventures, There is space to socialize, cook together and create memories – all year round. Whether you're looking for the silence by the water or the excitement of the Norrland terrain, you've found the right place.

Cozy Little Cottage by the River

The smaller cottage is perfect for a more intimate experience in nature. Despite its smaller size, the cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm wide bed and one with a 90 cm bed. In addition, there is a sleeping loft with a 180 cm bed. For extra comfort, there is both a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a fireplace for cozy evenings. The cottage overlooks the Lule River on one side and a cozy little pond on the other.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.
