In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in Auendorf, a small village of 500 inhabitants with a lot of nature. Less than 100 m from the edge of the forest, we have plenty of opportunities for hiking. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into single beds (please contact us) and the living room with a large sofa bed for two people. The kitchen includes everything necessary for a successful vacation (including a filter coffee machine).

This great apartment in Bad Boll is in a quiet location at the end of a dead end road. The property has several large free parking spaces by the house. If you love nature, then this is the place for you, and you can take leisurely walks. Bad Boll has a Lidl where you can shop until 9 pm. In summer there is an outdoor swimming pool or a thermal bath which is always open. The A8 is only 5 minutes away. The bedrooms are equipped with fans.

The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
