From the apartment you have a view of the sea with several bathing boats that create a pleasant atmosphere in the environment and can also be used by paying for yourself. Many restaurants are close to the apartment. There is a grocery store in the same building,as well as one that has Sunday open. In summer time there is a bustling beach life at the opera beach and at Sørengkaia.

All amenities in the immediate vicinity and lovely green space just outside the door. Three minutes to go to subway that goes downtown in 10 minutes. Shopping center is in 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you will find, among other things, a grocery store, pharmacy and Wine Monopoly. Walkway straight into Nordmarka and down to Oslo city centre from the apartment.
