A master bedroom and bath, two identical rooms with double beds and shared bathroom, and a single bed in the office space, there is plenty of place to sleep depending on your situation. Quiet, yet central residence with heating in all floors, as well as all amenities. Ideal for families/friends. Only 8 min. walk to Holtet center with shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and public transport to the city center. On the property there is a small family kindergarten. If you are uncomfortable with children's noises, this is not a place for you. If parts of the group choose to stay in the loft, they must put on the sheets and bed linen themselves.
