Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located, bohemian home in a 50's house. Surrounded by three wonderful parks. In addition, the sea and beach, the Western harbor with Turning Torso a stone's throw from here. In the area there are many cozy cafes and neighborhood taverns/restaurants and cozy shops. Close to bus, access to rent bikes. Across the street (1 min) is the nearest grocery store. A small gallery (Kronprinsen) is located in the area. City/city center only 15-20 min walk away.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Fresh and nice apartment. One bedroom with Kingsize bed. Kitchen, bathroom with shower. Livingroom with a big couch. It is a ”pullout sofa” for 2 people to sleep. A dining area for 4 people.
