Elegant farmhouse nestled in the hills of Monferrato. The independent guest accommodation, converted from the barn, is complete with a dining room, a comfortable bathroom, and a large and bright bedroom with a double bed and a three-quarter bed, ideal for a couple, family, or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. From the room, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view, as you can from the large terrace, where we serve breakfast on request. Relaxation outdoor spaces are also available.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

PEIRAGAL – new, in the historical centre

In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings, the accommodation is organized on two floors. Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.
