A separate walk to the beach is included, which is only shared with the residents of the adjacent apartment Pettirosso. All rooms have an unrestricted fantastic view of the lake. There is also the possibility of making two more sleeping places from the sofa. The apartment is modern and cozy.

The house has a breathtaking view of the lake. The second bedroom, which has a bathroom, has its own separate entrance. Parking is available 200 meters below the house. The last meters to the house you walk (stairs!). The beach of San Nazzaro is a few minutes drive away. In front of the house, the hiking trail goes to the strength town of Sass da Grüm. Your pet is very welcome. BBQ, pergola, and balcony available.

The 80 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with an open living room. From the balcony you have direct views of the lake. (There is an additional charge of CHF 200 per stay at the end for cleaning.)
