We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive—quick to answer questions and even helped us with a minor issue (replacing fire alarm batteries) right away. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine, butter, milk, coffee, bread, and jam waiting for us on arrival. The walk into Galway city was short and easy, but we especially loved the cozy bars and great atmosphere on Sea Street, just around the corner. Free parking was a bonus, just a few blocks away—about a five-minute walk. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Galway!

This place looked just like the pictures - actually it was bigger than we expected!! Beautiful location, super clean. Full kitchen was perfect for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Absolutely lovely and would return!!

We loved our stay. The apartment was just as described & perfect for us. The area is beautiful & we enjoyed our morning runs & walks too! The area was fairly quiet with not many eating places. Our host was fabulous & left us an Easter gift. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, thank you!

We were more than satisfied with the accommodation. We were greeted by horses and the extremely sweet little dog Minnie, and then by delicious scones in the apartment. The area is beautiful and we went on several day trips to Connemara National Park, Burren National Park, the Aran Islands/Cliffs of Moher and Galway. What's more, the area was just perfect for us and the children. My daughters loved feeding the horses and playing with Minnie the dog. Or, if it rains a little, there is additional room for playing, which is equipped with some toys, table tennis, etc. Maura responded quickly to minor problems and helped us out, and was generally very accommodating. If we ever visit Ireland again, we will definitely stop by here again.

Das wunderschöne Cottage ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in wirklich sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten einen extrem entspannten Urlaub bei schönstem Wetter und konnten sogar den hübschen Garten jeden Tag nutzen. Steven hat uns herzlich empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt. Es war alles perfekt. Wir können das Cottage wärmstens empfehlen.

A great place for a week away from it all. The house is clean, warm and dry which are what you need on the west coast. Great location right on the lake but also close to Clonbur and Cong with lots of options to eat and drink a good Guinness. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at many places in Ireland over last few years but Dolphin Beach Lodge has become our favourite place so far. The house is beautiful and so clean with everything you might need for your stay or more. The location is brilliant with breathtaking views and its own private beach. We got very lucky with the weather and even spotted a couple of very playful dolphins on our last morning here. Clodagh is one of the best hosts we have stayed with who even allowed us to check in early and check out late to make the most of the weather. We have already started to plan our next stay.

Husband, myself and 2 sons had a fabulous stay. The house was beautiful; even better than the pictures. It sits high up a country road with fantastic views. It’s off the beaten path but it only adds to its appeal. The furnishings, kitchen/baths,beds are all high quality and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having some extra space (not just one room) to ourselves. The cottage is very quiet and peaceful, although further from pubs/restaurants than we realized and very narrow, curvy lanes to get to the cottage so we made sure to be back before sunset every night. The cottage is as described and John was very friendly and even called a local restaurant to make a reservation for us for dinner.

Eine traumhafte Lage mit Ausblick in jede Himmelsrichtung, jeweils ganz besonders und dadurch nie langweilig. Ein guter Startpunkt für etliche (Wander-) Touren. Auch hierzu Tipps erhalten. Sonne (wenn Sie denn scheint) von morgens bis abends am bzw im Haus. Wir haben bereits nach wenigen Tagen entschieden, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. Zum erholen genießen und abschalten eine der besten Unterkünfte die ich kenne. Und keine Angst vor der Zufahrt, ist wirklich absolut machbar und fordert weder ein besonderes Auto noch einen besonderen Fahrer.

We had a great stay at Carmel’s place! She was helpful when we had questions and the space was comfy, clean and spacious. Also the beach is so close and a great little walk to enjoy the area! Would definitely stay again!

The location was walking distance to Galway City. The accommodation was facilitated well and very comfortable. We were met with a lovely greeting including our national flag that added a personal touch for us. Padraig communicated very clearly to us about tourist spots, activities that Galway offered and all details regarding the operation of facilities at our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

My group of 6 stayed at Zahra's place for two nights, and it was in the perfect location for everything Galway offers! Conveniently right by the Spanish Arch and Quarter, we could explore the hot spots and walk to other neighborhoods with ease. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the city for a couple of nights, if not longer. Thank you for a great stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! The views from the apartment were stunning, and the noise of the water flowing was nice to listen to. Irene is a great host, very helpful and we got loads of recommendations! We would absolutely stay here again, and we recommend it!

Great spot for me and my family to visit Galway. Quiet area with a great cafe just around the corner. Max was incredibly friendly and the book of suggestions and brochures was a nice touch. He even set up a high chair for our little one and offered a baby cot (we had one already with us). Thanks Max!

Spotless beautiful home was perfect for my family of 4. Allen brought fresh scones that were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to other families.

Michelle's place was absolutely fabulous! We stayed for two nights. When we first arrived the place was warm and smelt lovely. There was fresh scones with butter and jam on arrival which is always a nice touch. The place itself was very clean and cosy, absolutely perfect for us. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy too. The location was absolutely ideal, less than a five minute drive into the town and was nice and peaceful. Michelle was very attentive and made sure everything was okay for our stay. I would highly reccomend to stay here and if I'm ever back in Clifden again I'll definitely return here!

A tiny bit squirrely to find with Galway’s one way streets, but once we found it, the host was waiting to show us in and tell us everything we needed to know. Super comfortable space, easily walkable to local attractions, very nice local people. We enjoyed our stay in Galway.

We loved staying here. So peaceful, quite and had Horses, donkeys, and cattle close by. Very close to Shop's, Pubs, and amenities. Would strongly recomend for a time away.
