Oceanfront Oasis . Free Parking

Patrick and BernieRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This is a modern apartment in a secure building, right on the seafront at Salthill. Nearby free public car park, so we left our car for the duration and either walked to the West End (30 mins) for entertainment, or took the 401 bus (15 mins). Lots of local eating, drinking and music venues. Lifeguard station at the beach, but we eschewed swimming this particular weekend. Very comfortable bed, sunspot with chairs on an enormous balcony, allowing privacy. Would highly recommend.

My mother, grandmother and I stayed in Pamela’s place for a few days during our trip to Galway. The amount of space was perfect for us and allowed us to each have our own room. Beds were cozy and the unit was clean. Extremely walkable for getting to the Latin Quarter!

Was really totally cozy in the nice apartment. Walk to the sea to watch wading birds and then have an ice cream in the ice cream shop right next to the apartment. Very nice. In addition, the wonderful silence. Because the Burren offers so much and the impressive Cliffs of Moher are so close, we are definitely considering coming back. We loved it.

Bog Road Cottage, Connemara for two

DanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay at the Bog Road Cottage was wonderful. The location was ideal for us as it was outside the nearby towns so was quiet and sat on a great, walkable road that ran through a beautiful area, but it was close enough to easily drive into Clifden or one of the nearby beach towns. The cottage itself was quaint and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, some nice treats to welcome us on the first day, and nice seating inside and out for some slow mornings and evenings. Sophia was really welcoming and very helpful in providing insights and info on good things to do in the area, and great with communication. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The decking area is spacious and comfortable outdoor furniture is provided, along with a BBQ. Inside, the house is very clean and quite spacious, with a log burner for cosy evenings. (Plenty of logs provided) The house is well situated for drives to the local beaches and surrounding area. Letterfrack has a good supermarket. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning in the future.

Dolphin Beach Lodge

ZeeshanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have stayed at many places in Ireland over last few years but Dolphin Beach Lodge has become our favourite place so far. The house is beautiful and so clean with everything you might need for your stay or more. The location is brilliant with breathtaking views and its own private beach. We got very lucky with the weather and even spotted a couple of very playful dolphins on our last morning here. Clodagh is one of the best hosts we have stayed with who even allowed us to check in early and check out late to make the most of the weather. We have already started to plan our next stay.

Urban retreat close to all Galway has to offer

JudyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This apartment is very comfortable and within walking distance from Salthill, with its beautiful promenade and charming restaurants and pubs. Guests without a car can catch a bus into Galway at a stop across the street. My husband and I enjoyed Galway’s lively pub and restaurant scene and historical sites and also got to see the gorgeous coast and even see a sheep-herding demonstration by taking a couple of bus tours (through Lally Tours). We had a lovely stay.

Griffins Tiernee

Me, my cousin and his two young sons stayed at Gail and Antoine's house in Garmna, right in the middle of the islands in Connemara. We had a warm welcome from the first day not only from Gail and Antoine but also from their neighbors. The house was veryclean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms were to a high standard and the place was veryconvenient for the fishery, our reason for coming. Antoine was extremely generous with his time and advice. We loved the pool table in the evening. The atmosphere was always relaxed and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone who would like a trulyIrish experience in beautiful Connemara. We will undoubtedly be back!

Galway Wild Atlantic Way Holiday Apartment

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Mairead was warm and welcoming and her place was perfectly cozy and fully equipped. We were able to walk to a local pub, a grocery store to cook, and the beach ( about 10-15 minutes). We also conveniently were able to take a bus to nearby Galway and Au Spiddal, a cute little craft town. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get away to the countryside with easy access to city life!

Beautiful one bed apartment in excellent location

Catherine C.Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
I was looking for a quiet and yet beautiful spot to relax . Matthew's place was above and beyond my expectations. I was arriving on my own in Spiddal for the first time and a bit worried about finding the apartment and getting in. Matthew gave me detailed information and pictures of entering the apartment.. It couldn't have been easier!! And so secure. The apartment itself is beautiful. I felt so at home. The views and walks are hard to describe in words, so lovely. People in Spiddal are extremely welcoming. Groceries, pubs and the bus are a few steps away. In a few words, I can't wait to go back and definitely hope I can stay at the apartment. My home away from home. Thanks Matthew!!

Atlantic Retreat Luxury Apartment 2 - Burren views

MakenzieRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location was beautiful, it was incredibly spacious! It was spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful, and really took time to think of all the little details to make the stay comfortable. I would just say to be aware that others are renting the main house below you. You have your own door to lock so it’s not uncomfortable, but you do enter the same front door as them. And if you want to use the laundry you need to walk around back and enter the house from the back ; so it is possible that the other family is outside or can see you from the dining area. It didn’t bother us , but the other family staying there wasn’t aware we would be there, so just thought it worth mentioning. But we loved the stay!

Superb Apartment beside the sea

BrandanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My fiancee and I stayed 4 nights here on the latter half of our two week trip to Ireland. The location couldn’t not have been more perfect. About equidistant (and easily walkable) between Salt Hill and the Latin Quarter, this quiet tucked away building was everything we could’ve wanted. Parking lot was accessible and always had plenty of spaces. The host, Marie, was very welcoming. She provided us with a list of local recommendations of restaurants and pubs, as well as places to explore. She also let us know what restaurants needed to be booked in advance, so we immediately were able to set up reservations for the weekend. Can’t recommend this location as well as county Galway enough.
